1. Invite your best friend to practice a sport and tell him/her how often you can practice it and where

Hi Laura, I hope you doing fine.

Here is a sport I want to tell you about it you will love it.

This sport is called mountain biking, like its name said is about riding bicycles off road, often in rough terrain, mountains or just any trail. This sport is divided in several categories such as cross country, trail riding, all mountain, downhill, freeride, slopestyle, dirt jumping and trails. I suggest you start the easy way in an amateur level like cross country and then move forward upgrading levels as your skills improves trough time.

As a fact this sport requires endurance, core strength and balance, bike handling skills, and self-reliance, but you can get all this skills by practicing and just keep going until you get better. You need to have a mountain bike that shares similarities with other bikes, but incorporate features that enhance durability and performance in rough terrain. Also you need to have safety stuff like a helmet, gloves, glasses, clothing, hydration system and protective gear for your knees and elbows.

This sport is great because you always can be in contact with the nature or the environment and is good for your health and it allows you to get in shape and have a good aerobic system. You can travel or visit many places in your bike and at the same time doing some exercise and when your bike’s skills gets better you can practice some other mountain biking styles.

Mountain biking can be performed almost anywhere so let’s go and practice it I know you’ll like it is adventurous and exciting.
