Alfajores are defined as a "sweet sandwich" with two covers and a filling. In the last years varieties have appeared with three layers.

RANGE OF PRODUCTS

Calaf has a Classic Alfajor, this Alfajor has 2 layers with the classic flavor

And Calaf has also Premium Alfajors, this one is similar to the classic, but with 3 layers and there are also 2 other varieties, whit different flavor like raspberry and orange.
