“Importancia Del Uso De Los Elementos De Protección Personal – EPP En Los Entornos Laborales En Colombia”

RESUMEN
El presente artículo tiene por finalidad poner en conocimiento la importancia que poseen los elementos de protección personal, (EPP de aquí en adelante), en el amparo de los empleados de cualquier empresa o entidad que tenga trabajadores para el cumplimiento de las funciones o productividad según sector económico al cual pertenezcan, y así den alcance a la políticas implementadas por Decreto 1072 de 2015 del Ministerio del Trabajo en lo referente al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, (SG-SST de aquí en adelante), con lo hasta aquí manifestado, cabe señalar que la ejecución de los objetivos principales del SG-SST como el Prevenir las lesiones; las enfermedades; proteger y promover la salud de la población trabajadora, se cumplen si toda entidad, empresa o sector productivo adquiere y brinda a sus colaboradores EPP de una óptima calidad y adecuados para el desarrollo de las labores asignadas según funciones a ejecutar.
SUMMARY
The purpose of this article is to bring to the attention the importance of the elements of Personal protection, (EPP hereafter), in the protection of the employees of any company or entity that has workers for the fulfillment of the Functions or productivity according to the economic sector to which they belong, and thus give scope to the policies implemented by decree 1072 of 2015 of the Ministry of Labour in relation to the system of management of safety and health at work, (SG-SST hereafter), In this way, it should be noted that the implementation of SG-SST's main objectives, such as preventing injuries; diseases; protect and promote the health of the working population, are fulfilled if any entity, company or Productive sector acquires and offers its collaborators EPP of an optimal quality and suitable for the development of the tasks assigned according to functions to be executed.
