LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL EN MÉXICO
La seguridad social es la más amplia expresión de solidaridad humana organizada (institucionalizada), con el propósito de proteger la salud, la vida y el nivel de ingreso de sus integrantes y sus familias, frente a los riesgos inherentes a la vida misma, como son la incapacidad, la enfermedad y la muerte.
La seguridad social es una responsabilidad colectiva de la sociedad, realizable sólo mediante la acción pública, cuyo cumplimiento se convierte en obligación del Estado y del quehacer colectivo.
La seguridad social es un derecho humano consagrado en la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos, así como en el Pacto Internacional de Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales. Incluye medidas que conceden prestaciones, en dinero o en especie. Analicemos como es la seguridad social en nuestro país y la importancia que estas representan.
Abstract
The social safety is the most wide expression of human organized (institutionalized) solidarity, with the intention of protecting the health, the life and the level of revenue of his members and his families, opposite to the risks inherent in the life itself, since it are the disability, the disease and the death.
The social safety is a collective responsibility of the society, realizable only by means of the public action, which fulfillment turns into government bond and of the collective occupation.
The social safety is a human right dedicated in the Universal Declaration of Human rights, as well as in the International Agreement of Economic, Social and Cultural Laws. It includes measurements that grant presentations, in money or in species. Let's analyze since it is the social safety in our country and the importance that these represent.
