Words such as "dialogue", “Peace” and “Coexistence” guide the new Iranian president's speech Hassan Rohani, who even spoke directly to Americans through CNN, he express "I would like to say to American people: I bring peace and friendship from Iranians to Americans," After hearing these promises from the new president of Iran, it is easy to differentiate it from its predecessor (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) when he talks about possible solutions and agreements to Tehran's nuclear program, which would be a good starting point to improve relations with Washington.

Iran has been negotiating with the five permanent members of the Security Council for seven years now, but within the statements, Rohani affirm that the nuclear issue could be solved in a range from three to six months, -"The shorter it is the more beneficial it is to everyone. If it's three months that would be Iran's choice, if it's six months that's still good. It's a question of months not years”- he said. But the big question for everyone is whether these new diplomatic proposals become concrete actions and policy changes.

Relations between the United States and the previous Iranian regime were very rough but with these new trading strategies Rohani has started a new chapter for these relationships; both presidents claim to have exchanged letters and be prepared for a future meeting.

But despite Iran is willing to improve its international relations the new president has not convinced with his words the government of Israel, who note his statements as false as they ensure that the policies of the new regime to Israel have not changed "Iran spoke about human rights while, participate in the killing of civilians in Syria. Iran condemns terrorism when it is served in dozens of countries", stressed Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

there are some critical of Israel's position, and these new statements, after than in a TV show Iranian President condemned “the killing of Jews in the hands of the Nazis” these controversial statements are a first step to improve relations with Israel, since they are a sign that in this new speech Iran seeks to leave behind Ahmadinejad's hardline rhetoric, which denied the existence of the Holocaust.

On the other hand Obama has consented to this new conciliatory way, and has been receptive, Israel for his part, with a not so diplomatic stance does not budge and is threatened by this growing reconciliation between Tehran and Washington

In my personal opinion it is necessary that the United Nations verify and check whether these declarations of Iran regarding the enrichment of uranium are true, if the country changes its policies toward human rights and wait for a new order is restored in this country.
