Main characters:

Lester Burham: a men who have a unhappy life and his wife thinks that he was a loser. His also daughter thinks that he was a weird and that he loves her friend.

Carolyn Burnham: she is the wife of Lester Burham and she was so obsess with her job and she tries to impress everyone with her life and her job. She was so proud, arrogant, maniatic and perfectionist with her life

Jane: She has a high self steem. She is self-centred and she thinks that all men try to have something with her. She thinks that she is perfect and pretty

Angela: She hates his dad and she likes to be more beautiful that she was. Because her friend is so beautiful. She has a sad life because she has the typical teenager dream she is not happy with her body and she thinks that her parents don’t understand her.

Secondary character:

Ricky: He has a weird life because he knows the beauty of life. He is introvert, shy, different to the others students of his school and he likes to be alone. He knows the beauty of the world and he films all the time.

Barbara Fitts: she is like she stay in the other part of the world because she don’t say anything and she doesn’t have a notion of the things that are happening in her house. It's like she suffers of a psychological shock

Setting: in her neighborhood, in the school of his daughter and in his home

Plot:

Lester Burhamm has a unhappy life until he meets his daughter friend called Jane. He is sexually atracted to her. With her game of seduction Burham begins to realice all his dreams and he stops doing the thing that he used to do like his job or in his marriage. He starts to be happy because he doesn’t have anything to lose and because that he live his life in his way.

Climax: is when Lester Burham realize that even if his dreams about reaching the American Dreams comes true, he won’t be happy at all. He realize that he is happy with his normal life with his daughter and his wife

Flash Back: All the movie is a flashback because Lester Burham is dead and he tells the story from beyond.
