Where is it located?

Located near the village of Milton in the burgh of Dumbarton, Scotland which was built in 1859.

In 1859, James White (bourgeois landowner), acquired land on the outskirts of town to build a small mansion retreat. Why have so many dogs leapt to their deaths from Overtoun Bridge?

During one six-month period last year, five dogs jumped to their deaths.

The number of suicidal acts is between 80 and 100 dogs in last 50 years, with more than 5 dogs per quarter.
