CHRISTMAS PLAY

Leidy: Mom!! Look!!..our lists!!

Bryan: Yeah! Sit down!..

Mother: ok, riiight!

Leidy: This is mine. It has several pages, but I’ve put in alphabetical order to help you

Mother: In alphabetical order?

Leidy: Yes, that way you will be more organized.

Mother: ( sarcásticamente ) Oh, Thanks!

Bryan: My turn!! ( Se aclara la garganta) A Little help here, sister ( luego deja caer toda la lista que atraviesa todo el cuarto) Here, take this and walk to that place.

( Leidy camina a lo largo del cuarto)

Mother: ( sarcásticamente) Will you have enough room?

Bryan: Well!! I don´t know… you know that when that get these dates are no more ads on TV….so it´s possible to add more things on the list.

Mother: But Christmas is more than that!

Leidy: But we know that you have enough money to buy our presents.

Mother: OH!! Mmmmm…. YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT´S THE REAL MEANING OF CHRISTMAS.

Both: We know!!

Bryan: Presents!!!

Branson: Food!!!

Mother: Guys….is more than that.

Bryan: ( hacia Leidy) …I told you!!

Leidy ( hacia Bryan) But you said Presents!! :P

Mother : Stop!!

Both: Ok mom! 

Mother: Christmas is tha time to be together with the family and friends. It´s to share what you have with people who needs it.

Both: Are you sure mom?

Mother: Of course Guys……Let´s go to the Kitchen.

IS NIGHT. 8:00 P.M AND THEY ARE HAVING A HUGE CHRISTMAS DINNER

( Bryan y Leidy estan molestando y jugando aun cuando están en la mesa)

Mother: Guys!! Behave..

TOC TOC TOC!!! ( alguien toca la puerta)

Mother: ( sale a la puerta mientras sus hijos van detras de ella) Who’s there?

Little girl: Good Night.. Merry Christmas!!!....I was wondering if you would like to buy a candle?

Bryan: A candle??

Leidy: puffff!!! We have lots inside.

Mother: ( hacia la niña ) and your mom?? Where is she? ( le acaricia el brazo a la niña)

Little girl: My mom is dead. I work with my aunt on the street..but right now she had gone to other city with her daughter.

Mother: Please!! Come with us!! 

Little girl: Oh!, I don´t want to be a party pooper . I don´t have any presents for you..

Mother: It doesn´t care! Your presence is the best present!

Both: Mom….it´s true..

Little girl: Oh! Thanks ladie ( se lo dice a la madre) ….thanks guys ( a los hijos )

Mother: Now, my Little kids… This is Christmas.

Little girl: This is my first Christmas!!!

Bryan: ( Corre hacia el árbol de navidad y toma un regalo para obsequiarlo a la niña) Take please!! This is yours!!.

Little girl: OH! Thank you so much.( acongojada)

Leidy: What’s your name?

Little Girl: Nicole…my name is Nicole

Mother: Come with us..we are having a Christmas dinner

Little girl: mmmmm It smell delicious!!!

( Todos toman su asiento mientras la niña les regala una candela a cada uno. Luego la encienden y cantan una canción ) ( ehh..invitan al publico a cantarla también jejeje)
