 TOP MANAGERS.

Estos son los ejecutivos responsables de overall direction of the organization.

Pueden ser los CEO, COO, CFO, CIO.

Y tienen diferentes responsabilidades como: change, commitment, culture, and the enviroment, on the Enterprise.

 MIDDLE MANAGERS.

Estos son responsables de poner objetivos consistentes con las metas de los top managers. Y por planear e implementar subunit estrategias para poder alcanzar los objetivos.

And their responsibilities are: resources, objectives, coordination, subunit performance and strategy implementation.

 FIRST- LINE MANAGERS

These people train and supervise the performance of nonmanagerial employees who are directly responsible for producing the company’s products or service.

And their responsibilities are: nonmangerial worker supervision, teaching and training, scheduling and facilitation.

 TEAM LEADERS.

These are managers responsible for facilitating team activities toward a goal accomplishment.

And their responsibilities are: facilitation, external relationship, internal relationship.
