• True. Las plataformas de financiación deben solicitar autorización ante el CNBV y cumplir con varios requisitos.

• True.

TRUE OR FALSE: “Venture capitalists look down on equity crowdfunding”

• False. Los venture capitalists no invierten directamente en la plataforma pero si lo hacen en privado al principio de la campaña o entremedias.

• False. Si todos tus micro inversores se engloban en una sociedad no hay problema

• True. La regulación controla las actuaciones de las plataformas
