The Apple is at the center of all attentions.

At the bar, where more than 30 different ciders are served, in the grocery store where it is sold in all kinds of different shapes, in the tea room in original pastries and last but not least in the restaurant, where you will be served an inventive cuisine of the season, totally apple-centred…

This is a truly pleasant address, where you find quality cuisine and Pomze will take you on a gourmet journey.

On the first floor, the restaurant welcomes you in a former apartment, the disposition of which has not changed. The main dining room opens up on three smaller rooms.

The Pomze concept was created by Daniel Dayan, 38, who developed a very early passion for cuisine and decided to make a living out of it, taking his passion from Vienna to Tokyo, from Prague to Paris, where he finally decided to open his own place and where he fell in love with a magical fruit: the apple.

It is a well-known and unknown fruit at the same time; it has inherited centuries of hard labor, from the orchard to cider making, a true product of the French country side… The apple – or apples to be more precise – offers a Pomze, French restaurant in Paris 8th thousand different possible compositions, and as many flavours to discover or rediscover.

And that is the idea followed by the Chef when he composed his ideal gourmet menu especially for you, to make you share his passion for this very interesting fruit.
