1) Achievement of learning objectives

The lessons that I select was with the 1st grade group “B”, because with this group I have more classes than the other ones, the class that I choose was one of the lasts that I tough them. I arrive to the class and gives the directions like they had to clean the classroom and order the lines in 10 seconds then I pasted a poster with 2 different people where they have different occupations one of them is a plumber and the other one is a carpenter.

Immediately they raise their hand and tell me the names of each one. Fist the teacher ask what they do. Second asks about the names of each people and they did not know. In the following activity they have to know about their occupations, their nationality and the telephone number.

Teacher have to writes on the board the question to answer what is your name, your occupation, your nationality and your telephone number.

2) Design and implementation of tasks and activities

In my lesson plan we can find that the first thing in the classroom is practice a warm up but I stared the class to clean the class because they enter to the class after break that the way that fist I started the class to clean then I gave a feedback about what they remember about the last class.

The next activity was that they have to guess the occupation about the poster that I pasted, immediately they know the occupation. Then in my lesson plan they supposed to paste on the board a conversation, but I prefer to activate their background.

One thing that happens in the class was when the students have to guess how to ask the name? But when they have to guess how to answer the nationality they did not know and they were in a big confuctions.

3) Classroom Management

Most of the time, my students were sat as they wanted because And I say ‘‘most of the time’’ because some students did not come to class, or were needed by other teachers, so their classmates could seat anywhere else. I regret not having them sit in forum because I would have been able to see all of them and move a little more between them, reaching if possible whenever they had any doubts. Even so, they were traditionally sitting in lines and I was still able to work just fine like that because I did not have a big group since some days my students were attending other academic activities or just absent (only a few number of cases).

As with participations, they were so participative and was a big complain because most of the times they were raising their hands wanted to participate in a different was. To ovoid this problem was with a little ball I trough the ball to different students and participate also I used for catching their attentions other way to use is through the ball to one student and participate then this student have to trough the ball to other student that was doing other thing and they have to answer the question.

4) Teacher’s and Learner’s Language

Since they are teenagers, their language was not adequate in an academic environment. But they were not cursing all the time, only when I was attending other students, because I could hear them shouting to the other side of the room towards their friends. I did not punish them for their cursing due to the fact that my mentor teacher told me that she was going to subtract decimals from the students in their rubric. Even if I tried to do something about it, I would not do any progress since the students from the school in the town I was practicing in had a gossip that they were involved in gangs, so that is why I did not put an effort on correcting my language.

Even so, I tried my best in showing them that me as a teacher, I would not speak in the same tone and cursing as them, so my language was always the best inside and outside of school. My communication towards my students was always polite and
