Picturing a Better Tomorrow

A great photo can explode the totality of our world, such that we never see it quite yhe same again. National Geographic magazine tacked their 125 aniversary pice, with the most shocking pictures captured and with very emotionant articles to read. The article I chose for this was “ The photo issue” by Robert Draper. It highlights different issues from the perspective that the pictures shows. Also it promotes that photographs can transport us to unseen worlds, it refers to photographic stories can change perceptions, at their best, change lifes. A great photographer can explode the totally of our world to finally makes us see it in a way never seen before.

Photographer use their cameras as toolsof exploration, passports to inner sanctums, instruments for change. Their images are proof that photography matters, now more than ever. It means that millions of pictures are up load every minute in our lifes, pictures that can make a change in some way of humanity, that makes seems obviously the huge importance and power that images can have.

Pictures are very important in every aspect of human interection with history, nature, cultural, global, technologic and many other issues like the collage of the 125 anniversary shows to us, those images recollected as a collage would probably be the most interesting ones because are the ver important ones of all the collections from national geographic magazines until now. The collage is about 125 photographs that shows the diversity that planet Earth has in every single aspect , throught decades, countries, religions, species and lots of other aspects.

All that Images define the style that every photographer has, with this images photographers try to make the things that are not visible for many people they make those pices shine like diamonds. Is their responsibility to open the door to a quiet world such as we can see in many pictures of the collage like the picture that highlights red lips, it make us to analyze it better and realize that the mistirious that has it wants to say that that community has lots of secrets beiging from hiding their faces with makeup and fans that is proven that they have a scret fan language. In the other hand there are many pictures that take out the diversity of races that oue planet has and the mistiriuos their could be.

With this collage shown in the magazine we can notice the huge changes that the photography has had, huge change like photographing only in black and white ink to colored one also the advanced techniques that had improve like the marine photography.
