THE IMPORTANT OF WORK

Work is the essence of human life. Everybody needs to work in order to have a better life and to have a statues in the society. However, being the essence does not mean that everybody in all age has to work. Some people cannot work because of their age and their health conditions. Above all, those who are in the age of work and have good health conditions have to find a job or to create a job. It is the essence of their being as a productive and creative person.  

Work plays its function in both individual and social level of life. At the individual level, work acting as an element that can improve the standard of living both personal and social well-being. It allows people to live a more dignified life. Being the basic condition of human life, work is the source of goods and services that meet our needs. However, the complexity of our society nowadays makes it is impossible for everybody to have a better and dignify work. Because of the pandemic and the migration issues in our country, it is hard to find a good work for everybody. Therefore, it is important to think about how to create a work for others and ourselves.

At the social level, work acting as an element of social integration. Work not only allows men and women to provide them with endless things, but also brings them intellectual and even social wealth, because it gives them the opportunity to interact with others and learn more about their life. A person who does not have a job or work can fall into a situation of despair like depression, loss of self-esteem, or even thinking to do the criminal activities in order to get money.

Work is important for everybody in any level of life. However, to have a good and dignify work is so essential. We are working for having better life, but it is not living a life only for working.

LA IMPORTANCIA DEL TRABAJO

El trabajo es la esencia de la vida humana. Todas las personas tienen que trabajar para tener una buena vida y de tener estatuas en la sociedad. Sin embargo, ser la esencia no significa que todas las personas de todas las edades tengan que trabajar. Algunas personas no pueden trabajar debido a su edad y sus condiciones de salud. Sobre todo, aquellos que están en edad de trabajar y tienen buenas condiciones de salud tienen que encontrar un trabajo o crear un trabajo. Esta es la esencia de su ser como persona productiva y creativa.

El trabajo juega su función tanto en el nivel individual como social de la vida. A nivel individual, el trabajo actúa como un elemento que puede mejorar el nivel de vida tanto del bienestar personal como social. Este nos permite a las personas vivir una vida más digna. Siendo la condición básica de la vida humana, el trabajo es la fuente de bienes y servicios que satisfacen nuestras necesidades. Sin embargo, la complejidad de nuestra sociedad hoy en día hace que sea imposible que todos tengan un trabajo mejor y digno. Debido a la pandemia y los problemas migratorios en nuestro país, es difícil encontrar un buen trabajo para todos. Por eso, es importante pensar en cómo crear un trabajo para los demás y para nosotros mismos.
