OBJECTIVE

To strengthen knowledge about the cultivation of quinoa and developing kispiña to community member to assess the nutritional benefits thot quinoa in the community and how Calazaya the kispiña is consumed.

JUSTIFICATION

The motive that leads us to make this work on "Development of community kispiña in Calazaya. It is justified because most of the community members and youth of the community, are leaving the development of the kispiña therefore no longer kispiña are made because the community members leave the community migrate to different cities in search of a better life. We think that if the process of cultivation of quinoa and developing kispiña is done and give offerings to Mother Earth that will benefit the community economically with good production, have a healthy diet. And so there will be no migration to other countries.

THEORETICAL BACKGROUND

In the community of Calazaya our grandparents  use to make  kispiña by step  it was good food with kispiña, they did not eat junk food such as sausages or other noodles were strong not sick but today many people already consume all scrap and so far they have stopped using nutrtivos food for your body sick.

The villagers and young people no longer want to consume what they leave our city forgetting nutritious foods for this reason are not consumed in the kispiña Calazaya community.

DEVELOPMENT:

In this paper we used the interview technique to tell us about the problems that exist in the community, doing different questions to  people who live in the community of Calazaya.

We also use some technological tools such as camera for photos and last reporter to gather necessary information.

What is quinoa?

Quinoa is a highly nutritious food has many benefits for mankind and is healthy.

How is the development of kispiña?

The development of the kispiña is to follow step by step to get the product, leaving no step aside.

Ingredients for kispiña

-4 Cups quinoa. Well wash

3 cups of boiled water.

1 pinch of salt

1/1 cheese.

Preparation:

1. Rinse quinoa well in water for 5-6 minutes or until the water runs clear

2. to dry quinoa.

3. toaster quinoa in a pan

4 grinding quinoa in Batan

5. Add the water and salt then mass quinoa in a bowl

6. Casts dough with your hand.

7. Boil water in a pot,

8. Put the straw above the kispiña who are not shocked to water.

9. Leave covered for 60 minutes.

10. kispiña serve accompanied with cheese.
