1 Tell me something about yourself?    
   Well, I’m honest I’m responsible I like learn new things all the time also
   I’m a fast learner and I give the best of me everyday.

2. tell me how did you find out about this company?
  I saw your page on Facebook and I liked the company and also a friend of mine who work here
  told me that EGS is a great company to work.                                        

3. Why you left your previous job?
   The reason I left my previous job is because I’m looking for better opportunities I´m looking for a  
   company that I can grow with.

4.  Why do you want work here?
I want to work here because is my goal, and I really want to be part of this company.

5. What are your strengths?
    I think that I am a person who never give up and I like to improve always.

6. What are your weaknesses?
I get nervous. I don’t know why but I try to calm down and I give the best of me.

7. Tell me about your family?
    My family is very important for me, I live with my parents and also my brother, we are very       united and when we have opportunities for spend time together we appreciate that moments.

8. What is customer service for you?
    The customer service for me is helping people, that is all about.

9. tell me about your last vacation
   I went to Retahuleo with my family We visited the Irtra and It was a great experience and also relaxing.

10. how was your ELT class?
  It was a great experience for me, I learned many thing and I could improve my English.

11. Tell me a bad experience that you have had on customer service?
 I had bad experiences when customers were rude whit me but, I tried to give them a good service.

12. Tell me a good experience that you have had on customer service?
When I could helping costumer to solve his problems, for me It was a good experience.

13. How is your neighborhood?
     I live in a safe neighborhood, the only bad thing is there not having many busses in the morning and is difficult to try to arrive some place.

14. What would you do if you were a president?
if I was president I approve the penalty death because delinquency stopped development of the country.

15. If you recommend other person what would you say about this company?
I would say that this is the best call center in Guatemala to work because it has a great environment and They have great opportunities for grow.
