FAST FOOD IS REALLY WORTH IT?
Thousands of people in the world eat fast food every day. Going out for fast food is being an increasing practice for the whole family. Cooking at home is being less frequent every day mainly for countries like United States.
On the one hand, all around the world there are many restaurants of fast food; because of this it is very cheap and it is simple to eat. In general all people likes junk food because it has a lot of addictive products. For example, the hamburgers or chips have lots of additives.
On the other hand, one of the most important point is that junk or fast food are very unhealthy. If you only eat this type of food you spoil your diet and you can start getting fat and you can have a really serious heart problems.
In conclusion, despite it´s good aspects, the bad ones are more are more important to people. Because health is the most important thing.
