The world is constantly evolving which brings us great benefits and also big problems, the world has become much more technological, globalized.

What those this evolution has brought to the world? :

* Creation of new weapons of destruction or things that could affect humans, animals and all life on Earth.

* A not caring society.

* The pollution which poses severe health problems such as the well-known disease of cancer.

* People rely too much on technology, forget the spiritual, family, social and even personal side.

* Unemployment

These are the main problems we face daily. That change that happened to humanity because of the technological change and have made the people to only look for their interests and doing unthinkable things to get it, no matter who they have to hurt to climb up. Also a huge insecurity of people being totally dependent on technology fail to think of the best way to resolve a conflict that misunderstanding that exists in the world not letting us to reach a full peace in the world.

But what doesn’t worries me are the problems that happen all the time what really concerns me is that nobody is able to lead to make a positive change in the world to improve a combat to all the problems that exist by doing it the right way because it as Albert pike said if we do the things for other people and the world that will remain forever so I think to give young determined people to make the change to give them the tool that is global scholarships to university that are trying to exploit its leadership to make that change in the world. Young people who have that dream of changing the world by doing positive thing will achieve that peace.

But we need to explore the world because being in one country only gives us a view and we could take a disinformation to confront the problem we wanted to solve and that can take us to solve it or make it worse.

For me one culture do not forge to be a person capable of being a leader but understanding and comprehending several culture talk to other people heard what they think learn what they know that can make us to be a great leader and do the change in the world with that knowledge and god by our side.
