"My pain may be the reason for someday's laugh. But my laugh must never be the reason for somebody's pain". Charlie Chaplin
Most people don't realize how big this is .Bullying is so common in our lives that we don't realize that we do it and that we are hurting someone. Bullying is so common nowadays between teenagers because they are not old enough to think about the consequences of their actions might bring. For example when bullying occures the bully feels stronger and the bullied feels weak. He might not show it but he might be cracking from the inside. It is not a a game. Many kids are getting bullied in the social media well known as cyber bullying because it is a person with a mask that you don't see.The victims feel threatened and they feel exclude from the society. My point here is to tell you that there are young people out there being bullied living in fear and without the parents knowing.
Many people ask this question Why do they not ask for help? Well it is easy; because they feel threatened by the bully. The bully is like a ghost that disappear when it's convenient and they are there when the victim is un armed. The victims have a hard time at home and in school because they don't feel safe around people. People might think that they are not hurting them because they are not showing it,but inside they feel that know one likes them. .There are people have apps to make funny pictures about guys that are fat or even ugly. At the beginning they don't care ,but when the problem gets bigger the victim start to care. Even though the kid tells them to stop they don't .They stop when there is a problem. Then the kids don't want to go to school and they prefer to stay away from people. There are more and more people every day that bully in social media because is so easy to use and you have it in every place.
Finally the suicide approximately 7% to 9% of people that are bullied comets suicide. Imagine that 100 persons are bullied ,9 of those comets suicide. Imagine that one of those kids was your son. Now the other 81% of the kids being bullied live with problems. This is a problem that is growing daily, in 2013 the average was at 3% and now it is at 9%. That is 6% increase it is a lot because they are making a kid that doesn’t want his life .Do you want to stop it?.What would you do? You would say ? Ask yourself those questions.
The mothers that lost there kids say “How can i help the people that are suffering?” Well that is the the hardest part because it is hard to know when the kid is bullied. The kids do not show feelings until the problem is serious. The mother have to get more in to the life of theirs kids. Nowadays the mothers work so they are living alone with lesser education than if the mother in the house. They can not talk with some one about their problems. However, the problems can be fix if you talk to the right person. Another problem is that you have internet at all time so if you want to get in to Facebook, messenger, you can. So the bully can connect from any place and send a text to the victim. There mother cannot see all the chats and comments so she could help him.If you are a mom try to see your child and talk about school so you can see if his laying or if he his hiding something. As a mother imagine that you help your son be strong so that he doesn’t feel weaker than the other ones.
Most people don't take this as a problem. It is a game for the bully .After something happens they said sorry I didn't mean it. The victims are scared of the bully .That he might do something to him if he talks. The bullies use photos and comments that threat the victims and make them feel weak. If the kid is very affected by the comments and photos they decide to comet suicide. When the parents figure out why he did it and they feel the weight of the problem that he had.
