Title: Having a recycling culture

Many people were scare about December 21, 2012. The rumor of the end of the world was all over the planet. The Mayas have announced that the year 2012 was the last opportunity for human kind to retrieve everything that the earth has given us to survive.

Today January 07, 2013 we continue alive, but for how long? If we don´t take care of our planet the end of the world will star the countdown. We must change our culture and way of living. There are many different manners to help our environment to prevent the Armageddon. The easiest way to be part of a change is recycling.

It isn’t too hard to understand that recycling is only a manner of culture. In a study in 2008 many scientist mention more than a thousand products that could be recycle starting from paper to rubber tires and batteries. But, How difficult it is recycle? We can start with our trash. If we classify the garbage that we throw out, we will place a specific garbage can only for plastic bags, bottles, metal cans.

This special garbage will be taken to a recycling company that can remake the same bags, bottles etc., for the people to re-use then with other inner products. We must know that a plastic bag takes more than 70 years to naturally decompose same as plastic bottles which last even more. There also a serious problem when a double AA battery is thrown away to the outside ground. The material inside the battery has a high level of pollution.

Recycling is a manner of culture because the government should implant a program of education on which the habit of recycling is something that you learn and practice at schools and in our own houses. This is the time to start changing lets not wait until is too late.
