 The main idea of this work is the food I like, its nutritional properties, importance and mention some of them.

INTRODUCTION:

Hello my name is Henry Hernandez, I’m from San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic, I'm student of Law Faculty, of UAPA University,


I present my favorite food so that everyone knows my tastes, especially pasta, vegetables and fruits, the importance of eating them and which of them are produced in my country

Contents:

I'll talk about my favorite food.

There are many foods that I like, but especially pasta, vegetables and fruits.

I like them because they are especially healthy, vegetables and fruits are easy to prepare and give us the vitamins we need. The naturally grown vegetables, sprouts and fruits that ripen in the sun are rich in light energy. Ideally find an organic farm that cultivates fresh food. Choose vegetables that look fresh and consume them raw, among the ones I like are carrots, broccoli, spinach, radishes, lettuce and asparagus.

Fruits are the greatest sources of vitamins, apart from its sweet taste are provided everything the body does not produce, in our country to be tropical have many different types fruits:.

 Grape, Watermelon, Banana, Strawberry, Pineapple, Melon, mango, lemon
Orange, Tangerine
 

  1. Fruits are low in calories and fat and are a source of simple sugars, fiber, and vitamins, which are essential for optimizing our health.
  2. Fruits provide plenty of soluble dietary fiber, which helps to ward off cholesterol and fats from the body and to help in smooth bowel movements as well as offer relief from constipation ailments. 
  3. To avail maximum fruit nutrition benefits eat organic produce. Many "wild" varieties of berries and "tropical tree" fruits have still not treated with any kind of fertilizers or chemicals and can be readily purchased from local farm owners. Organic fruits tend to be smaller; however, they feature special flavor and richness in vitamins, minerals and stuffed with numerous anti-oxidants.
