The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

The inner self is the true self. In order to realize our true self we must we must be willing to live without being dependent upon the opinions of others.

Don’t think, feel!

To live is to express oneself freely.

This Dharma I preach is to..

Not to regret about the things done…

Not to regret about what couldn’t do...

Not to regret about what went wrong...

Get rid of all the laziness…

To have a motivated mind and,

Live with content..

Be a witness, not a judge. Focus on yourself, not on others. Listen to your heart, not to the crowd.

If your mind is happy, then you

are happy anywhere you go.

When wisdom awakens within

you, you will see Truth wherever

you look. Truth is all there is.

It’s like when you’ve learned

how to read - you can then read

anywhere you go.

"Good actions motivated by wisdom lead to the awakening of deep happiness."

Emotions reflect intentions. Therefore, awareness of emotions leads to awareness of intentions. Every discrepancy between a conscious intention and the emotions that accompany it, points directly to a splintered aspect of the self that requires healing.
