1) One of my habits peferidos care ara my health and enjoy a healthy life always have in mind the following.

• Consume water often leads to the appearance of fatigue much sooner.

• My meals always prepared with the vegetables are the basis of a sound to be a major source of iron supply.

• I use to prepare my food olive oil

• Always alternate foods high in carbohydrates like bread, rice, pasta, vegetable or potatoes.

• In my drinks consuming natural juices is provided with as little sweetener and enough fruit

• I take calcium rich dairy foods such as yogurt, fresh cheese

• Consumption legumes, vegetables, meat and fish.

I make exercise very often as it is very important for health, walk out with an hour or half an hour every day helps prevent cardiovascular disease, it is important to choose a comfortable shoe and also being able to choose where we will practice my routine I like to do the exercises that I can prevent various diseases like:

• I burn calories instead of storing them as fat in the body. Helps maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of overweight or obesity.

• I keep my sugar levels more balanced blood within normal limits. This is even more important for those who have diabetes or are at risk of it.

• I bjar blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

• Strengthen bones and muscles, and increases strength and endurance.

• I relieves stress and improves sleep and mental health. Helps combat potential crises of anxiety or depression.

• Increase self-esteem. Da assurance regarding the body and its appearance.

• I can improve the socializing fact companionship and reduces aggression.
