“Finanzas en Crecimiento” is looking for a Finance Manager to increase profit and ratios in the company. The candidate must have the followings skills and criteria to be chosen:

• The candidate must not be older than 50
• Degree in Human Resources or similar, or proven experience managing large groups (increase of performances and achievements must be demonstrated)
• The candidate must have international working experience, and experience in successfully managing financial projects.
• The Candidate must speak at least two more languages besides from Spanish (near-native level of competence) one of those two additional languages must be English at an advanced level.
• The candidate must apply in the next 3 months and subsequently taking a test in order to measure knowledge and experience.

Punto 3

I find these 3 as possible short-listed candidates because their Resumes were pretty concise and showing the necessary experience. Also, when I called them they showed themselves eager to become part of our company. I have to say that Juan Fernando is my favorite candidate because he is young for all the experience he has. I think he could be the person we need to increase figures in the company.

Finally, I strongly suggest having a meeting with them, all together, and later another meeting to talk with each candidate one-to-one; I need to be sure to take on the best manager.

J: Every day I walk around the city and I see many junk food restaurants offering the same fatty common dishes to the customer, I have gone to several of those restaurants and I haven’t been satisfied at all with all that junk to process. When I was in the US I went to one of your restaurants.  I felt a great atmosphere promoted by hosts and waiters. I ordered a dish and found it very appetizing.
