Cielito Querido Cafe

Cielito Querido Cafe is a Mexican coffee business, whose partners are from ADO. It is a new concept of coffee. This concept comes from the “tiendas a Raya”, also called ultra marine stores with a modern twist; whose decoration is based with wood and tiles.

Its designer is well known and this design both interior decoration, the logo, and all quotes, cups, plates, etc. It is a Maximalist innovative concept because it uses bold colours, decorative objects, which happen to be very big and the staff always have to go dress in vest and necktie.

This Coffee shop offers a 100% Mexican coffee from Oaxaca, Chiapas and Veracruz.

It focuses primarily on good service and customization.

In May 2010 opened the first branch and currently has 11 branches:

• Peaches Park

• Tezontle Park

• Plaza Universidad

• Delta Park, Reforma 234

• Centro Coyoacan Valle Pavilion

• Santa Fe

• Lomas Verdes

• Gran San Francisco

• Prado Norte

USP: To feel part of the Mexican and Latin-American culture by experiencing new ways to drink a cup of coffee and at the same time feeling comfortable and involved in reinterpreting the way to drink coffee

Cielito Querido Café has a wide variety of Mexican products such as coffee, chocolate, tea, sandwiches and many other kind of Mexican food, including a very wide menu.

Many people have as a top minder: Starbucks and Punta del Cielo. This Is a problem of promotion. Create a Marketing Campaign in which, social media is involved to invite people to events related to Mexican festivities.

This firm is unique and different from other coffee shops because of it’s own concept of Mexican enviroment and history.

Its uniqueness makes the prices stand tall. And many people prefer something cheaper even if that means the product itself isn’t Mexican. This could be arrange by making packs at a low price of the products so the people may be more interested in buy the hole thing than the beverages alone.

It is a store that also offers contests where customers can capture different skills and get awards or promotions in return, which makes the store a much more attractive place.

Cielito Querido doesn’t sell in schools and universities. They are missing an opportunity.

They could have gift cards and coupons and give them away in the different universities and schools. They could also offer the student work.

With a good advertising and a good selling point, “Cielito Querido Café” may be at the height of any other coffee
