Designing organization structure is a form of work which consists of a multitude of activities that take businesses to have better performance and quality in their products and this gives the same purpose the exact fulfillment of the objectives planned for the same, and either long or short term.

Companies require a structure to grow and be profitable. The design of an organizational structure helps senior management to identify talent that needs to be added to the company. The planning structure ensures that sufficient human resources within the company to achieve the goals established in the annual plan of the company. It is also important that responsibilities are clearly defined. Each person has a job description of their work and each job occupies its own position in the organization chart.

The flow of information is essential to the success of an organization. The organizational structure must be designed to ensure that individuals and departments that need to coordinate their efforts with communication lines that are integrated into the structure. The department of financial planning and analysis can inform the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing, as these two members of the senior management team depend on information and reports financial planning.

Companies that grow quickly are what make the best use of their resources, including talent management. An organizational structure ensures that the company has the right people in the right jobs. The structure may suggest weaknesses or deficiencies in the current management team of the company. As the company grows, the structure of the organization must evolve with it. Many times management levels are created when a department head also has many dependent on him at once to give each employee attention and guidance necessary for the employee to be successful people.

To the market success is important that company is willing to innovate, the innovation has to be with the help of the technical and marketing departments, in order to innovation success. “Successful innovating companies had a much better understanding of customer needs and paid much more attention to marketing” (Daft, p446).

In order to improve market success, she has to realize a horizontal coordination. This means that technical, marketing and production people share ideas and information. Research people inform marketing of new technical developments to learn whether the development are applicable to customers. Marketing people provide customer complaints and information to research and development to use in the design of new product. People from both research and development and marketing coordinate with production because new products have to fit within production capabilities so costs are not exorbitant.
