Travis Kalanick was removed of the company because the review of practices at Uber, including allegations of sexual harassment, a corporate theft lawsuit, etc.

This news spread and probably some customers do not want to use the platform because of their former CEO.

The new director should make new references to the company, teaching its culture and respect for customers.

Uber ignored corporate governance in its pursuit of growth and valuation, and flouted ethical norms while hiding behind notions of disruption and innovation.

Uber ignored the government and still mocked, this could have the consequence that in the future if Uber came to need something from them, they would ignore it.

One solution would be for Uber to apologize or simply start implementing government ethics in its enforcement.

Uber required to the drivers to have their own car and to pass a background check.

Uber used to make sure that drivers were the people they said they were, today anyone can enter with the identity of another.

Uber should return to the same as before, in the aspect of security, making sure that the identity of the drivers is correct.

Customers equated it with price gouging as it took advantage of users in unfortunate situations.

Uber only thought about customers who had a high income, since some trips were expensive and not all people could have access to the application due to the cost.

Uber should consider doing a study of the income of people in different areas, to leave the prices of trips accessible, and thus be able to get more users.

Uber has been embroiled in a long-standing battle with some labor organizations as it classified its drivers as independent contractors and not employees.

Uber only saw its drivers as an object that served them instead of giving them the privileges of an employee.

Uber should have considered its employees more, giving them the privilege they deserve by law.

There had been cases of sexual assault on passengers, which some activists said happened because the background checks on drivers had not been stringent enough.

The problem of Uber is that it was growing and was putting less attention to its employees, that's why they no longer confirm the data of the drivers and take for granted these types of problems.

A solution would be that Uber returns to put the same attention as before in its employees, that it puts headquarters in each place where they offer their services, and make sure that the data is true, that is, taking it to a personal interview

Uber´s critics went to the extent of saying that the company ignored ethical and legal standards in the name of disruption and valued money, power, and control above morality.

The problem was that Uber was growing very fast and through that they filled their pockets, and they liked the money.

The solution would be to return to pay attention to the small details such as the needs of both the client and the employee, so you lose or earn money.
