Reflection Paper # 4.

My Life is my own Responsibility

        A good number of teens, in the group are getting ready to finish one step on their education and with it the opportunity to take a big decision in their life, the school that they want to go in order to get ready for the future, some of them are going to leave home for the first time, it is a decision that is to transform their lives forever.  

        There is different kinds of decision that we take on our lives, From the moment of our birth we are bound to take decisions, throughout our life we are going to became the person that we are going to be for the decisions we make, when we where babies, our decision were basic with the only Goal to feel comfortable, so most of the babies will cry when they don’t fell comfortable and ask for more candies because they love them, but there will be always mom and dad, that will help their little babies to take the right decision, like how much candy they can have in a day without in the future getting sick.

        The little one will grow and he will learn to take decision, but they should not be the decision of the parents, he is supposed to grow, in wisdom, aged and favor before God and man, like little Jesus and it is the mission of the parents and all those who are involve in the education of the kids, to give then the values that they are to practice in order to be a responsible independent person.

        The teenagers in our group are growing to be people that know who to make the right decision because they embrace, values like love one another, protect life, all we have one dignity as children of God and the youth minister are involve in their development encourage them to follow God’s teaching and apply it to their lives.

        When we are well inform it is easy to take the right choices, if we know our faith and then we know the reality around us, we can be sure that many time will be difficult to take the right decision, especially in our society that more and more look to take a secular approach to all the issues in the country and many times that decisions ended up, not recognizing human value. The teenager of today will have a soon involvement in taking the decision that are going to mold our society.  

        When it is the moment to take the decision that are going to count for life they can be sure that they will take the best decision and they will soon be good role model for those who are behind them because the people around them, parents, church group etc. help them to take control of their own life.
