Development of a Payroll Software for Companies that still carry out the liquidation of their employees manually, in order to improve the inconsistencies in this sense, to improve the production process.

PROBLEM OR NEED THAT AIMS TO SOLVE

Currently, internal processes of the companies can be evidenced, which are not related to the activity carried out by the company, but which can affect it positively or negatively and mainly in its resources, currently and however difficult it may be to believe it, there are still companies that leave processes as delicate as those related to payroll and employee news to obsolete systems, that is, based on sheets, pencil and calculator, in addition to the demand for time required by the personnel in charge of this process, time that could be considerably reduced with the help of technological resources and in this case software that can be found nowadays, as well as the time that could be used in the search for new clients or take more orders or improve other processes that make the company match its rivals in the market.

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION

According to recent studies, close to 80% of micro, small and medium-sized independent companies do not invest in ICTs to improve their productivity and competitiveness, due to several beliefs: negative cost / benefit, strategic fear, fear of technology and resistance to legalization.
