How to implement strategies of motivation in the classroom, to achieve success in the learning? The motivation is one more capacity of the personality of the individual, who is teachable and it is possible to develop. The motivation that a student manages to have recovers a fundamental paper the attention and the social reinforcement that of the adult receives. Because of it there are important the expectations that the adults demonstrate towards the individual and the opportunities of success that should offer.

The lack of motivation is indicated as one of the first reasons of the deterioration and one of the most serious problems of the learning, especially in formal education. Numerous realized investigations have showed the importance of the motivation in the learning, without motivation there is no learning. (Huertas, 1997; Pozo, 1999; Míguez, 2001). So much theoretical of the learning as teachers agree in that the motivated students learn with major rapidity, and more effectively, that the students who are not motivated. The motivation must be considered so much to the beginning as during the development of the classes, the lack of consideration of the intrinsic supported motivation can turn into an obstacle for the good development of the didactic action; it is indispensable to motivate whom it wants to learn.

Even the teachers with more experience in the classroom sometimes do not possess the skill of supporting his students in the way. To try to apply new methods to motivate to the students and to encourage them to develop his potential is a good way to help them.

In the classroom students and teachers interact between them, in order to establish the teaching-learning processes content and values of a suitable and effective way. Every teacher has expectations and specific routines for his class, though they guide by the system that applies to the whole school.

The motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, it is a key factor for the success of the students in all the stages of his education, and the teachers play a very important role at providing and encouraging this motivation. Therefore it is much easier to say it that to do it, since all the students find motivation of different forms and takes time and a lot of effort to learn to fill with enthusiasm a class full children, where not they all want to work and many of them they are not interested the class.
