INTRODUCTION
The objective of this work is to make us understand the importance of knowing how to handle and effective communication tool in an organization, learn different complex structures, management of expressions, create and analyze graphs help him cope with studying intercultural negotiation etiquette and manners, understand that are members of different cultures with whom we interact, we investigate and study the country characteristics and purposes of persons involved in the negotiation, political ,economic, and geographical.
