A= People who are from any country that belongs to the United Kingdom are called british.

4.-Who were the Celts?

A= The Celts were farmers and introduced the iron plough to Britain.

5.-Who were the Romans?

A= The Romans were the first group that invaded the United Kingdom

6.-Who were the Vikings?

A=The Vikings were a group of people coming from Scandinavian countries, who attacked and terrorized Northern and Eastern Europe, including Britain.

7.-Who were the Anglo Saxons?

A=The Anglo Saxons were warriors and farmers who came from North-Western Europe.

8.-Mention examples of landmarks in the United Kingdom:

A= Stonehenge, The Buckingham Palace, The Palace of Westminster, The Tower of London, The Windsor Castle, The Hadrian´s Wall, St Paul´s Cathedral, The Big Ben and The London Eye.

A= The Palace of Westminster is also know as House of Parliament, it is located beside the River Thames.

A=The Tower of London is an official Royal Palace which is considered world heritage.

A= The Windsor Castle is a medieval castle and it was a royal residence for over 900 years and today is one of the homes for the Queen in Windsor.

A=St Paul´s Cathedral is one of the oldest cathedrals in London, the dome of this catedral is the second biggest dome in the world after St Peter’s in Rome.

A=The Big Ben is a clock that is called this way, but it is the Palace of Westminster´s clock.

A=The London Eye is the tallest Ferris Wheel with 450 feet high.

A= Fish and Chips is the most popular fast food in all England.
