STAGE TWO:

Client will have a remaining balance due in the amount of $4,500.00.

STAGE THREE:

Client will be billed directly for all Fed-Ex, UPS, and/or USPS fees.

5. DISCHARGE AND WITHDRAWAL. Client may discharge attorney at any time. Attorney reserves the right to withdraw from representation at any time. Normally, Attorney will not withdraw from representation unless (i) Client breaches this agreement in some substantial way; (ii) Client fails to take Attorney’s advice on a material matter; (iii) Attorney is required to withdraw by Kentucky Bar Association, The Rules of Professional Conduct of the Kentucky State Bar, or nay other applicable laws or regulations.

6. WORK PRODUCT. All of Attorney’s work product will be owned by Attorney. Client will retain title to Client’s original documents. Client will pay for any expenses incurred in reproducing Client’s file(s).

7. DISCLAIMER OR GUARANTEE. Nothing in this agreement and nothing in Attorney’s statements to Client will be construed as a promise or guarantee about the outcome of Client’s matter(s). Attorney makes no such promises or guarantees. Attorney’s comments about the outcome of Client’s matter(s) are expressions of opinion only.

8. EFFECTIVE DATE OF AGREEMENT. The effective date of this agreement will be the date when, having been executed by the Client, one copy of agreement is received by Attorney and Attorney receives the initial payment required by Paragraph 4 of this agreement.
