THE IMPORTS AND EXPORTS IN THE ECUADOR

Are important the imports and exports in the Ecuador? In the actuality the people and the companies function because exist the globalization but this term contain something more, some meaning, such as the imports and exports, but that’s all, not that clear because the imports and exports are very important not only in globalization but also in international trade, balance of trade between other.

For understand this topic its necessary know the meanings of both import and export the first it is introduce merchandise in a country but it has to comply with some requirements which will be discussed later and the second it is sent merchandise out of territory.

In first place I am going talk about the import in the Ecuador according to the COPCI (Code organic, production and investment) “It is the nationalization of foreign goods deposited to the Country for its free disposition; use or definitive consumption, as soon as the respective taxes payment was realized, there can import consumer goods all the Natural or juridical, Ecuadoran or foreign persons taken root in the country”. In the Ecuador the imports are restrict for Rafael Correa president of the country, years ago the Ecuador practiced free trade that is introduce merchandise of another foreign countries, but this point didn’t give results, for this reason in the actuality our country is practicing with the change of productive matrix, with the restrict to the imports, these parameters are good but in the reality not going so well because the world trade organization says in one goals is “building a global partnership for development”.

In second place I am going talk about the exports in our country “The term export means shipping the goods and services out of the port of a country. The seller of such goods and services is referred to as an "exporter" who is based in the country of export whereas the overseas based buyer is referred to as an "importer". In International Trade, "exports" refers to selling goods and services produced in the home country to other markets.”

The exports in our country was very shorts because the companies that produced Ecuadorian products and exported they were a little but now the things are differences because given opportunity our industry for example there are more production companies, this point is very important for the Ecuador because the balance of trade grow, gross domestic product and the last point if Ecuador export more than import the economy becomes stable.

Finally, the exports and imports are very helpful for the trade balance, analyzing from the point that if much exports and imports, the balance is to favor (that is the money in the country) but if on the contrary, we import more of that we export, earnings are for other countries that means that they are not self-sufficient.

In the Ecuador the restrictions to the imports is good because the internal production grow and the exports too, but this must be governed always to the world trade organization rules.

Conclusions and Recommendation

This work has been very difficult because my knowledge in the English area is in forty and fifty percent.

I think that only to redact an essay of one sheet is enough because write many words in English is very difficult and the learning does not focus on the more complex but rather in the more simple, I think that this work would have to be made at higher level.
