Questions:

1. Which are the key success factors of Cervantes Equestrian Center?

After analyzing “Cervantes case” we will proceed to stand out the key factors which helps to the success of Cervantes Equestrian Center. These are the following:

(i) Firstly, we higthlight Lisa´s specialization as a teacher. She has a Certificate from the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association, (here and after, "NARHA"), that guarantees their knowledge in teaching horseback riding to the handicapped.

It is the only foundation across the county that has the official Title approved for that activity. That makes it advantageous from the rest and also it assures and gives confidence because only one of every twelve competitors obtains the title.

(ii) Linda since 1969 is a member of NARHA, this facilitates the approval and supervision of the inspection carried out periodically of NARHA. And indirectly it favors this publicity and recognition of Cervantes Equestrian Center, thus providing added value.

(iii) Cervantes Equestrian Center, is the only school of the county, offering their services for handicapped children. She also proves that her classes have been helpful to the development and progress of the disability in children, also with the experience.

(iv) Making public schools is another key point that must be taken into account, it helps disseminate the achievements of the school, increasing the number of volunteers who wants to own a rewarding viewing experience at school.

(v) The school is the only one that teaches normal and handicapped children as a whole, that`s because the founder believes in this integration, it enriches all having benefits and learning to each other.

2. Which audits have to be performer and why?

There are different areas and circumstances under which each of the audit might be used, for that reason we recommend the followings:

(i) The Leadership Audit: to measure the level of key capabilities of the volunteers that works in Cervantes Equestrian Center. Due to that this fundation gives services, these have to be quelified for the labor that they recovered.

(ii) Corporate Identity Audit: its really important how is the image of the Center perceived externally. This will helps to capture new clients and also to her intention of expanding her business.

(iii) The Customers satisfaction Audit: To understand how to gain competitive advantage based on customers satisfaction.

(iv) The Service Management Audit: To understand which are most important to achievement of a company´s strategy, and also the service delivery priorities of customers for a given business.

(v) The Cost of Quality Audit: its a way of understanding the amount of income that is lost as a result of poor quality,
