Human rights are the rights that belong to every human being only for the fact of being human. No matter what nationality, gender, race, sex orientation, political or spiritual beliefs.
International human rights law obligate governments to protect the human beings of been abused or mistreated as well of respect the freedom of individuals and groups.
These rights are supposed to be guaranteed by law, but at the end of the day we learn that this is manipulated for the benefit of some people who pretend to manage the entire world show.
Israel-Palestine conflict:
For many of us in this side of the world is difficult to understand the reasons for this war, to talk about this is important to try to frame this reason and elaborate on that base.
One of the main reasons of this conflict is that there is not yet real limits for the territories of these two countries, and Palestinians want to have their own territory and this is being military occupied by Israel who in the eyes of some important big and powerful countries is the Israel right to do.
The second reason of the conflict is the religion differences, Israel is an official Jewish country while Palestine is mostly Muslim. After years fighting for getting what each of the parts consider are their rights have brought the third and in my point of view most important issue in the region that is the coexistence of Israeli-Palestinian people, so Israel have put military occupation in Palestine and Palestinian militant organizations terrorize Israelis.
The main Palestinian militant group is Hamas, this is an organization founded in 1987 and have as mail goal to destroy Israel as a country, and this is recognized as terrorist due to their attacks to civilians.
In respond to this Israel have been attacking this and other militant groups mainly by air strikes but also with ground invasions in the last years. In this case what is known is that only Hamas target civilians but most of the civilians killed come from Israeli strikes.
Numbers said that for each Israeli killed there is 230 Palestinian killed and more than 70% of these murdered people were civilians.
Now how to resolve this conflict? There are three possible solutions for the conflict, the first option is the idea of one single state, this option is not easy to implement so as already mentioned there is a history of conflicts among the two countries that will not allow people to leave in peace, additionally there is the premise that Palestinians will surpass the Israeli population so the first decisions will be to go against anything built or proposed by Israeli people.
The second option is that one destroy the other, this is the less beneficial option for the civilians but is the one that is preferred by some military forces on both fronts and due to the long term conflict this is something that an important number of civilians also support.
The third option, which in my point of view is the best option, is to have two separate nations, this will allow people from Israel and Palestine to leave in peace without one occupying lands of the other and enjoying the cordiality that bring the structure of a limited and independent country. But this option is also difficult to implement so it is still needed to discuss where the limit lines must be and specially because both sides claim Jerusalem for example as this is the center of Jewish and Muslim religions, and divide it is not possible so Israel have developed the surrounding areas.
Talking about human rights is clear that laws of war (International Humanitarian law) look for protecting people who are not engaging in war and regulates the tactics and methods to do war, this inspired in the considerations of humanity and the mitigation of human suffering. In this case is clear that Palestine as a country is not attacking Israeli civilians, these attacks are made by militant
