Proyecto Final
Objetivo
Preparar un programa manual en CN para mecanizar la pieza de la figura siguiente. Suponer que cada pasada de desbaste es de 1mm máximo.
Plan general de mecanización
1.- Realizar dibujo del proyecto del escudo nacional en un CAD, en este caso AutoCAD 2005
2.- Adjuntar dimensiones de la placa y realizar el proyecto en programación métrica.
3.- Utilizar algún programa de su elección para realizar la conversión del CAD al CAM y poderlo simular en CNC.
4.- Una vez programado en CNC Simulator, realizar el reporte como en los ejercicios anteriores.
Cálculo de velocidades S y F
Velocidad S
La velocidad S es la velocidad de giro de con que la maquina realiza el agujero en el material, y se obtiene por medio de la siguiente formula:
En donde la CS es la referencia de corte dependiendo del material que se desee cortar, y en nuestro caso es el aluminio y según las tablas de referencia en donde se encuentran estos valores es de 300 sfpm.
el diámetro de la herramienta en milímetros, que en este caso es de T10 = 1mm.
Sustituyendo los valores obtenidos tenemos:
S13 = (300) *4 = 8000

Velocidad F
La velocidad F es la velocidad de avance con que corta la herramienta y es expresada en pulgadas por minuto (ipm). Esta se calcula con la formula siguiente:
“n” es el numero de dientes que tiene la herramienta y en nuestro caso escogimos un herramienta de 4 dientes.
Sustituyendo los valores en la fórmula se obtiene:
F13 = (0.005)(4)( 8000) = 1600 mm/rev
