Part 1 (fireworks)

Part 1 (fireworks):

The manager of your favorite band needs you to make the advertising for their upcoming tour, including flyers or displays and an animation or film that could assist in the dissemination of the event.

1. Specify the Fireworks and Flash tools that you can use in the advertising of the concert, as well as its proper procedure.

2. Based on the above, create an advertising proposal of your favorite band, considering:

3. In the brochure, the display and the animation or film:

a. Photos of every group member should not be pixelated.

b. Concert info:

• Time

• Location

• Tickets price

c. Graph designed by yourself (it can be their logo, but you must duplicate it).

d. Delivery format on .jpg at least 80% and with a resolution of 300dpis. Furthermore, the .png edition file shall be delivered.

e. The brochure and poster size must be based on the content; when printed, they must not be pixelated.

Part 2 (flash):

f. The film or animation using Flash tools must contain five effects, three minutes length and several images from previous concerts.

Results:

Part 1 (fireworks):

First we decides the size, resolution and color if the canvas. Then we picked some images to use in our advertisement and using the importing option we placed them were we wanted them to be.

After placing the images, with the text tool, we add the concert info (date, location, tickets price, etc.).

To create the logo, we used vectorial tools, such as shapes, text, etc.

Finally we saved it in png.

Part 2 (flash):

To make the video, firstly we picked 20 pics of the band we chose. Then, we decide the canvas size and resolution. With the help of layers, photograms and key photograms we started to insert every photo, changing it from one place to another.

Conclusion:

With this activity we realized that flash and fireworks are very useful applications to create not only printed designs, but also designs that can be placed on webpages.

Knowing how to use this two applications it´ll give you a huge advantage, because nowadays technology is very important and sometimes a requirement in lots of jobs.
