REWORK

The aim of this document is to present the most representative incidents that have occurred in most receptions drums kits mixers lately.

In the control system, the Rear Control Box (31000). When mounting on the platform, the holes in one and the other does not agree at first.

At second end position in which it is the Rear Control Box is on the outside of the platform that hinders the work area of the stairs and has a bad view of the component.

This causes us to rework having to make new holes and rearranging the Rear Control Box

In the water system, the special T (73000). It presents a very serious mistake, where the strings of 3/4 "and 1" does not match the strings of our ball valves have always used.

This is because it has no strings or standard commercial or which does not make them compatible with the valves.

To solve this we had to generate new strings even make special Tee, generating this a rework and consequently a great loss.

In the water tanks, brackets (72010, 72020) that attaches to the tank have a smaller nominal diameter. When the tank is assembled with straps and brackets for fastening nut not to grab the necessary scope for a proper restraint.

The modifications made to resolve this detail is a cut in the bracket assembly (72,010) resulting to be flown out the screw and the diameter of the brackets is greater.

Generating a rework and wasted time.

At first we have to remove the caps which are not functional for our installation.

The second modification is done is due to the center of the hole is an inch lower and it affects the functioning of the working end of the handle.

MEASUREMENTS OF EPOXIC PRIMARY TO GLIDER KITS

We found that the fenders have a thickness less than that recommended in the data sheet.
