To reset system administrator password from serial port using
hyperterm or via telnet:
Log into CallPilot 100/150 using hyper terminal while
connected to the 9-pin serial port on the CallPilot
user: tas
password: POU4F3
Type: vmu pswd itas
Type: vmu resetadmin
or
Log into CallPilot 100/150 using telnet
user: tas password: POU4F3
Type: vmu pswd itas
Type: vmu resetadmin
To reset General Delivery mailbox password from a phone:
Access F985 from a Norstar phone, depress key 7 on the
touchtone pad, enter password R-E-S-E-T-O-P-E-R-P-S-W-D
