Some specialist in this are cautious to the use of this method.

         The  lease  financing  measured  by  the  fixed  assets  rotation  rate  has  a  statistically  significant  effect  on  the  liquidity  of  companies,  measured  by  trading  rate.   61.8   %   of   the   changes   in   the   financial   performance  (liquidity)  is  attributed  to  the  turnover  rate  of  fixed  assets  and  it  could  be  argued  that  the  turnover rate of fixed assets can be a substitute and an indicator of lease financing. (Abu Orabi, 2014, p. 19).
