  1. What is the importance to practice Etiquette and Protocol into the business world?

The importance of the proper ways of behavior are necessary for interpersonal relationships, especially when it comes to business as a person interested in purchasing a product or service representative noted that undertaking carefully their behavior in simple, everyday situations that will give you a general idea of the way we are to labor issues.

  1.  What is the most important thing you should have in mind when you introduce someone?

The most important thing you should have in mind when you introduce someone is maintaining consistency between these aspects:

  • Exterior appearance
  • Clothing
  • Gestures and voice
  • The tone modulation

  1. What information should be provided when introducing someone?

Steps must be made to communicate who you are and reflect it because the first impression is very important in any situation and if it is more in the labor area.

The basic protocol of introductions calls for introducing the 'lesser-ranking’ (socially, professionally, by age or seniority) to the 'higher-ranking’ person. Here are four steps. First, state the name of the person being introduced to. This is the ‘higher-ranking’ person. Second, say “I would like to introduce” or, please meet or, this is, etc. Third, state the name of the person being introduced. This is the 'lower-ranking’ person.

Finally, offer some details of each other, as appropriate. This will help them connect and pursue a conversation. A few Examples introduce a peer from your company to a peer from another organization. Melissa, I would like you to meet Steve, our systems Engineer. Steve, Melissa Hoffmann is from marketing. She is our Account manager for Wal-mart.

Humans are very competitive and being praised not only will high self-esteem but also their sense of competence than the motivates not stop to be the best and give all of themselves to stand forever.

The cups are placed upstream of the knives in order from left to right, water glass, glass of white wine, glass of red wine and glass of champagne. If you are not serving a specific wine or champagne, not put in order. They can be placed at a slight angle, where the water glass is facing outward, furthest from the plate.

If clear, the occasion warrants.

  1. Why is complaining and criticizing considered bad manners?

Because it believes that this does not help trade relations because it thinks that it seriously affects not only the future of a city or country, but the world.
