ESSAY

A teacher must have the willingness, patience, empathy and vocation now explicares them that each provision that you are going to teach something new to them and be open to new questions, to answer questions without actually deseperarte and like the students will learn the best way that establishes a bond of trust to some extent now that patience is necessary for this role of being a teacher that can help you better understand your students, empathy is good to get to the class with a good attitude that is spread in the classroom and that creates an environment where students can develop more easily and vocation for teaching.

A teacher of high school must take into account the context in which it will give classes facilitate the use of classroom activities, also known as the fact is the teenager will give an approach to the interests held by the student as their tastes , which likes to watch on television, music and more. We know that the environment where the adolescent develop are constantly changing and is able to handle dynamic priority to help the group to not only have control if not also through this to achieve specific objectives in each class tomanto into account the knowledge prior to the student has to leave again, knowledge is important to emphasize that the role of teachers involves too many factors to be applied in the classroom.

Classroom many risk factors seen in students who are there to bring them more effort into what they do not mean or try to guide them more interested in receiving education however diversity of students we get there in a counterrevolutionary in the classroom is a abstaculo for teachers taking intoaccount in secondary schools there is a large enrollment of students attending and can not focus on one person since all require the same attention to locate risk students will help us not only combines better living with the group if not also the approach that we can achieve with the students and get to identify their needs.

The needs of young people in school are actually a lot considering that the students can concentrate only fifteen minutes challenge is that teachers learn in that time and serve them as a learning significtivo however intended that the Normal School faculty in training you can identify those factors which will improve their learning and to help strengthen weaknesses and even more knowing that we are teaching a foreign language and that students do not cause interest and that is why the teacher in training should be more prepared I never in all these areas to promote and motivate students to acquire the interest in another language
