Firstly, I want to thank you because company´s profits have increased a lot this year because of your contribution to increase the performance in all our activities. The company is growing because the sale´s techniques have succeeded to attract more customers and the last staff training have helped to increase our productivity.
Due to this fact, we have decided to give you a reward of three thousand euros next month added to your salary. We think it´s a good reward because of the big work you had done.
