Introduction

Good afternoon, we are the banquetera:  “Delizie Del Borgo”. We will take charge of the organization of an event with big importance for you focusing on a wedding. In the follow presentation you will know the steps and a description about what we will do after the event and you will also know the norms and caring that the company has to give you a better service y make your wedding an unforgettable day

You will presence the planning and execution of the event making every part fundamental for the making of this project. You will have knowledge of the services we will give you and in that way, make a deal. If you don´t agree with our offer.

Event Organization

Organization

  1. The logistics of planning will carry out trough of a service of banquets, where will realized a list of raw material to use, considering that it is enough for the event.
  2. After wards it will requested to the suppliers the raw material that will be used.
  3. A sheet of requisition will be made, where the utensils registered to use during the event.

Production

  1. The preparation of the dishes will start three hours before to event. If an inconvenient happens, find a fast solution continue the planning.
  2. Will realice the mice and place, and will start do the preparation of the dishes.
  3. Once finished the production, the food will be sent to the event reception and will be stored.

Execution

  1. The place will be cleaned before placing the moviliario.
  2. The chairs and tables will be adjusted considering the number of guests and the size of the room.
  3. The guest will be given a welcome drink, when they arrive to the place.
  4.  A nice ambient will maintain the service during the event.
  5. The service of the dishes will start after the toast to the groom and the bride.
  6. The disassemble will be done after of the hours according to the customer.
  7. The local and furniture will be cleaned and be sent to the store.

Supplì allà Romana

It is a croquette originally from Rome known as suppli to the phone, which will have enough rice compared with the meat. The croquette will be stuffed with enough cheese that will be accompanied with tomato sauce.

Risotto Milanese

It is a typical dish form Milan City that will contain enough rice, dark both needs that will give (it) more flavor to the rice, also will contain parmesan cheese in enough amount.  

Main Course

Carbonara Pasta

The carbonara pasta will be a pasta, which will have cream and eggs in the amounts needs that will also contain enough parmesan cheese to give it more flavor.

Bolognese Pasta

It is a typical dish from Bologna city; this dish will contain fresh egg pasta with stew to the Bolognese, which will contain enough beef meet, vegetables like carrots, onions and tomato sauce.
