Why the University of Texas at Austin?

UT is a well-recognized public institution in the nation, located at Austin, the capital of the Texas State.

According to U.S.News & World Report LP.(2013)

“University of Texas--Austin's ranking in the 2013 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities, 46”

“ the Engineering career is the fourth of five most popular majors in 2011, with an 11% of graduates.”

UT campus has grown gradually over the years. University of Texas at Austin.(n.d.) said that “the campus has 350 acres with 17 colleges and schools, about 24,000 faculty and staff, and more than 50,000 students.”

Students who attend to the Cockrell School of Engineering has another's application requirements:

Must have a maximum of 25 semester credit hours

Students must start in a summer and fall semester

Students who apply as transfer students must submit proof of credit for the equivalent of calculus I
