AS we all know Dream are successions of any of the images, ideas, emotions and sensations that are experienced during sleep. While we all sleeping and dreaming most of us emphasizes different behavioral disorders.

The objectives of this speech is to introduce to you two main behavioral disorders speak asleep and sleepwalking. In addition, the behavioral disorders cause.

Why do we speak asleep? It is likely that at least once in your life, someone said you talked asleep. You may have worried a bit and you wonder did I say something embarrassing? Some studies have shown that speak asleep are nothing more than simple statements devoid of common sense and do not last more than two seconds.

Sleep talking or Somniloquy is a behavioral disorder that occurs during sleep. It is a disorder but nothing dangerous and the act that involves talking loudly while we are asleep. The somniloquy occurs during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) is a sleep disorder, or parasomnia. A person with REM Behavior disorder will act out his or her dreams. During the REM happens when we are dreaming. It is the moment in which dream experiences intensity. When the muscles, mouth and vocal cords are inactive, its cause the person speaks automatically.

Have you ever seen a sleepwalker? These are people to whom we happen sometimes, a very funny and interesting. They get up in the middle of a dream, walk or do a variety of things while they are sleeping. Sometimes it can even be something funny, however, this condition is considered as a behavioral disorder also is very dangerous if they do not take precautions.

Sleepwalking is a sleep disorder in which an individual may develop various functions, including some very complex, while sleeping. Although, the sleepwalker may appear to us as a guy who gets out of bed and stumble around the house with arms extended, in fact, a sleepwalker has its eyes open and some awareness of their activities. However, they are not aware enough to remember what they have done in that period of time, which is why it is very difficult to realize what they do, even when they wake up in a place that is not the same place. A sleepwalker can do all things while they sleep, such as walk around the house, turn on appliances, leave the house, go to the bathroom, or even drive a car.

Everything happens for the first third night, when the body is in a state of non-REM (deeper state of sleep), the body moves from side to side on the bed and the brain begins to relax. During non-REM, the body is very active while the brain does not, on the other hand, in the REM; the body is very quiet while the brain is very active in the midst of dreams.

To conclude, According to the theories and documentaries many of the causes of these behaviors are provoked by hormonal issues, physical and mental fatigue , high stress levels, factors such as alcoholism and conditions such as Alzheimer's, pregnancy, lack of magnesium,
