Resumen

El agua es fundamental para la vida y su importancia en las actividades pecuarias no es la excepción, siendo indispensable su calidad de acuerdo con la seguridad alimentaria y la salud pública. Hay que mencionar, además que esta es susceptible a ser contaminada por diversos elementos como lixiviados, constituyéndose un conductor de agentes nocivos en el sector pecuario y en humanos. Considerando esto el no conocer su calidad constituye un riesgo para la salud animal y humana. Por tal motivo el objetivo del presente estudio es conocer la calidad del agua de algunos predios pecuarios aledaños al municipio de Aguachica – Cesar. Este estudio es una investigación descriptiva en el que colectaran 20 predios basados en la producción avícola, porcícola, piscícola y ganadera. Se colectarán 50 mL de agua luego abrir la llave y dejarse correr por 20 s en un recipiente estéril, en ese momento se tomarán las muestras de turbiedad, pH, temperatura y color, luego se refrigerará hasta llevarse al laboratorio posteriormente se realizará análisis de conductividad eléctrica, coliformes totales y fecales. Su análisis estadístico será realizado por correlación por el coeficiente de Pearson, incluyendo variables cuantitativas obtenidas de los recuentos. En conclusión, es necesario conocer la calidad del agua para saber si son aptas para uso y consumo en la produccion pecuaria, así conocer los valores máximos para su uso en este tipo de produccion, así como capacitar a los productores sobre la importancia y manejo de esta.

Summary

Water is essential for life and its importance in livestock activities is no exception, its quality being essential according to food safety and public health. It should also be mentioned that it is susceptible to being contaminated by various elements such as leachate, becoming a driver of harmful agents in the livestock sector and in humans. constitutes a risk to animal and human health. For this reason, the objective of this study is to know the water quality of some livestock farms adjacent to the municipality of Aguachica - Cesar. This study is a descriptive investigation in which 20 farms will be collected based on poultry, pig, fish and livestock production. 50 mL of water will be collected, then open the tap and run for 20 s in a sterile container, at that time the turbidity, pH, temperature and color samples will be taken, then refrigerated until taken to the laboratory subsequently conductivity analysis will be performed electric, total and fecal coliforms Its statistical analysis will be performed by correlation by the Pearson coefficient, including quantitative variables obtained from the counts.
