Arnold Schwarzenegger is an important american star, he has been a professional bodybuilder, politician actor, and business man. He was born in Austria in July 30, 1947. His father was the local police chief and fought in the Second World War with the Germany coalition, he voluntary joined the Nazi party. Since Arnold was a kid he practiced a lot of sports like boxing and soccer but his real passion was to become a bodybuilder. When he was fourteen years old decided to become the strongest man in the world without his parents approval because they wanted that Arnold study a professional career or being a police.

Arnold trained for three years and started to compete as a bodybuilder when he was seventeen. He had the opportunity of train with important people in the bodybuilder world, they helped him a lot because of Arnold´s passion. The stories say that Anorld broke into the local gym on weekends when the gym was closed, he said in some interviews that if he didn't train one day, he couldn't look in the mirror the next day. Arnold joined the army when he was eighteen, one day he escaped to go to a competition (Mr Europe junior), he won it but was punished by the army with one week in jail. Arnold always wanted to win the Mr Universo competition because he thought that it was his ticket to USA and the opportunity to be rich and famous, that’s the reason he traveled to England. In his first try he was second and a trainer of the jury was fascinated with him because of Arnold's achievement, so Arnold moved to England to train and live with this guy. In 1967 won the Mr Universo competition the first time and being the youngest man in the history of win this competition. He won the Mr Universo title other four times and Mr Olympia title seven times.

When Arnold was twenty-one years old, he moved to USA to become the strongest man on earth and with the pass of the years made his dreams came true winning the Mr Olympia competition seven times. Arnold started his career as an actor in this country, his first movie was Hercules and the producers changed his named for Arnold Strong because his original name was too large. But the movie that created Arnold’s fame was “Conan the Barbarian” and the sequel. After that he participated in the movie Stay Hungry in which Arnold won a Golden Globe award for “new star of the year”. Then movies like Terminator, Commando, Red Heat and Predator made the action movie star that Arnold is right now.

Arnold presented his postulation for governor of California in 2003 by the representation of the Republican Party, he has been an open member of the party in contrast with the political thoughts of other actors.
