RESUMEN

Este trabajo se inserta en el área Financiera de las Organizaciones y procura establecer  el comportamiento del Diagnostico Financiero de la Empresa, de igual forma esclarecer  cómo influye el entorno en la situación Financiera y como inciden las decisiones de inversión, financiación de utilidades o pagos en la situación Empresarial.

Con estos parámetros se tiene  en cuenta que la Empresa objeto de estudio se encuentra establecida en el sector ferretero , es de suma importancia conocer el comportamiento Interno y Externo del sector para así determinar su funcionamiento en este caso se lleva al área Financiera de la Empresa.

De esta forma se investiga las estrategias y decisiones realizadas por sus gerentes y cuál ha sido el comportamiento económico durante tres periodos ya ejecutados, teniendo en cuenta la situación en la que se mueve este sector, es meritorio resaltar que esta sección se derivan muchas líneas en la cual se compite para ser el mejor; es por eso que este trabajo se realiza para encontrar las pro y contra del manejo Financiero Organizacional y poder llevar al empresario con diagnósticos claros para el desarrollo Financiero.

SUMMARY

This work is inserted in the financial area of ​​the Organizations and seeks to establish the behavior of the financial diagnosis of the company, similarly clarify how it influences the environment in the financial situation and how they affect investment decisions, financing profits or payments in Business situation.

With these parameters into account that the company under study is established in the hardware sector is extremely important to know the internal and external behavior of the sector to determine their performance in this case it takes the financial area of ​​the company.

1. INTRODUCCIÓN

La importancia del Diagnóstico Financiero radica en un estudio crítico dirigido a evaluar, analizar e interpretar la posición financiera de la Ferretería los amigos  de los períodos 2013, 2014, y 2015 con el propósito de proporcionar a los directivos la información que servirá de base para la toma de decisiones y el mejoramiento continuo de la entidad.
